If Client cancels more hours than permitted by this section, Client will be billed for any shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess of this section. If Candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift.Special Requirements: Must be in IL 3 business days prior to compliance HDD in order to meet fingerprinting requirements. Outpatient Lab experience required. Required Non-Gynecological Skills/Experience: Ascitic Fluid, Esophageal, Gastric, Spinal, Thin-Prep. Required Respiratory Tract Skills/Experience: Bronchial. Required Body Fluid Test Skills/Experience: Urine. Required Fine Needle Aspiration Skills/Experience: Assist, Make smears, Preliminary Diagnosis, Staining. Required Special Stains/Organisms Skills/Experience: PAP. Required Professional Knowledge and Skills: Assist with On-site procedures, Quality control/quality assurance, Specimen labeling/identification. Experience with/ability to perform QC required. Cyto lab Prep experience required.
