The Director - Marketing Analytics will work collaboratively with the Marketing team to ensure accuracy and maximization of all Marketing activities. The Lead will identify opportunities in segmentation and strategy

- Apply Advanced Analytics techniques, generating recommendations that improve marketing efficiency
- Utilize economics principles to enhance guest lifetime value
- Employ Marketing Analytics comprehension to measure channel production/performance
- Promote a Transparent & Data Driven working environment
- Develop Creative Marketing Measurements & Optimization Processes
SuperPowers Required:
• Leadership - Act & lead with courage, build relationships (especially with senior leaders), make decisions quickly & influence change. Do you drive results?
• Strategic & Analytical - Ability to be a thought partner to help maximize the team's goals; demonstration of analytical prowess exhibiting a positive change in results
• Agile Mindset - Positive, can-do attitude, adaptable to change, and highly motivated self-starter
• Organized Approach - Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with great follow-up and attention to detail, and work well in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize and multitask
• Hands on Experience with Data Analytics & Visualization Tools like SAS, Python, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• 10+ Years of Combined Experience with Advanced Analytics Development & Academic Study
• 5+ Years of Team Leadership & Project Management Experience
