Responsibilities:
- Actively participate as an integral part of the CCBHC multidisciplinary team, enhancing collaboration and engaging agency and community providers.
- Identify new partners, conduct outreach, and attend awareness events, distributing resources on mental health first aid, suicide prevention, and more.
- Incorporate technology into outreach activities, including webinars, social networking, and online content delivery.
- Conduct process and outcome-based program evaluations, providing feedback to improve program effectiveness.

Requirements:
- Master's in social work, public health, or related field preferred; bachelor's degree with extensive outreach and engagement experience required.
- Minimum 2 years in consumer services and community engagement; 5 years for those with a bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in MS 365 applications, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with diverse community members.
- Ability to provide community-based services for 20+ hours a week, with the expectation to work in various settings including client homes, local venues, and via telehealth.
- Must have reliable transportation, valid Oklahoma driver's license, and auto insurance with business purposes coverage.
- Must report any current or prior confirmed record of child abuse for review.
- Complete all required training within 30 days of employment; TB test within 12 months prior to employment or within 30 days after.
