Pilot - Customer Data Management

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Customer Data Management with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 6+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Business Execution; proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with Business Execution impact
  • Perform complex administrative support tasks
  • Provide support on escalated questions
  • Interact with client personnel on a wide range of information
  • Support whole lifecycle of customer lifecycle specifically with recording and storing all physical data points
  • Contribute to daily operations as a significant number of new customers need to be onboarded
  • Input and curate details in to front end- web based application

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of administrative or business support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
  • Capital markets experience (Foreign exchange and capital markets experience)
  • Experience managing customer settlement instruction data (wires and settlements)
  • MS applications, outlooks, word, excel, etc.
  • Experience in Customer Data management, and customer onboarding and management of customer related data points

Desired Skills:
  • Settlement instruction management and experience
  • DTCC platform
  • FX confirmation platforms (FXall, Bloomberg, GTSS, Nexus, calypso)
