Primary Care Physician Assistant (Full-time/Part-time)

Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients aged 18 and older.
- Manage chronic conditions, acute care, and womens health.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure high-quality care.
- Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic illnesses.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system.
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted Physician Assistant license in Maryland or in process
- National Certification as a Physician Assistant.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in Primary Care (open to new graduates with strong clinical skills).
- Experience in managing chronic conditions, acute care, and womens health.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
