Mankato Clinic is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to expand patient access in a department with five physicians, two Nurse Practitioners and an integrated Behavioral Health LICSW. You will see 18-24 patients per day, and in-office procedures are encouraged. We use Altera Touchworks Electronic Medical Records and AI dictation is available. Call is 1:16 by telephone and remote EMR access for Clinic patients only. It is supported by a 24-hour Nurse Health Line. There are no inpatient responsibilities.
Work / life balance is an important part of physician's culture at Mankato Clinic. Annual physician turnover averages 4%, well below industry norms. Clinic hours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Full-time is 32 Patient Contact Hours weekly with 4 hours of administrative time, and a four-day workweek option is available. We offer 35 vacation days annually and our Clinics are closed on New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Days. Mankato Clinic also features a generous health benefits plan, $6,600 CME allowance annually and profit-sharing 401(k). Partnership is offered after one year of employment with minimal buy-in.
Offers include signing/retention bonus and relocation allowance.
