Role Description: • Design, build, and support client's greenfield virtualization environment (VMware vSphere environment including SRM, vCenter, ESXi)• Proactively monitor virtual environment for capacity, stress, risk and workload and take necessary remediation steps.• Continuously monitor the security posture of the environment and Secure environments through controlled access and policy enforcement.• Interface with vendors and internal global teams to ensure the environment conforms to the customers architecture standards.• Configure VMs & workloads using VMware native features (Vmotion/SVmotion/HA/FT/DRS/DRS Rules).• Configure systems for High Availability & Fault Tolerance. • Installing, configure and support Microsoft-based servers, services and enterprise applications.• Proactively monitor performance of the environments by utilizing specific monitoring tools.• Create and maintain documentation as necessary for operational and security audits.• Produce operational and procedure documentation and provide detailed knowledge transfer to peers
