Quality Inspector

Job Title: Quality Inspector Job Description As a Quality Inspector, you'll oversee quality system management and recertifications, participate in the PPAP process, and utilize data to create quality reports related to production, present reporting, and quality improvement plans. Your role will also involve customer and supplier relationship management, and overseeing a quality team. Additionally, you'll participate in root cause, CAPA, FMEA, 8D activities. Your responsibilities include formulating, documenting, and maintaining quality control standards, working collaboratively with the design and planning team, providing support to program management, participating in the development of product specifications, and collecting and analyzing production samples. You will also be required to produce reports regarding non-conformance of products or processes, identify quality problems, ensure the completion of internal audits, ensure compliance of calibration schedule and system, and verify that materials and products meet established standards. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Warwick, Rhode Island. Work Environment The work site consists of about 200 employees, including a lot of production temps. We are in the process of transitioning to a larger facility in Warwick to combine our three existing sites and improve efficiency.
