Responsibilities:

Rebuild and renovate properties per scope to improve the quality of life for your customers, resulting in exceptional customer service

Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each job

Comply with expectations regarding safety, equipment, and vehicles.

Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance

Communicate openly with team, be coachable, and keep learning.

Participate in rotational, emergency-response program

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED plus experience in construction or other related trades (e.g., drywall, carpentry, painting, moving)

Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record; lives within 45 minutes of our facility

Has mechanical/math aptitude and practical experience with hand-held technology tools and software reporting programs

Must be able to work in the United States indefinitely

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 lbs, work from a ladder at roof and ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics), handle the physical demands of jobs with or without reasonable accommodation

Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time

Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects

Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals and wear PPE as needed
