Radiance Technologies is looking for a self-driven, resourceful, and results oriented Safety Manager.

The Safety Manager Will

  • Sustain and manage Top Secret clearance in compliance with security protocols.
  • Manages and maintain safety programs while ensure accountability for all team members
  • Oversees and ensures the safety training programs is in 100% compliance
  • Organize and conduct Safety Committee and various other safety related meetings
  • Reports trend analysis upstream to Leadership team as well as communicate goals and expectations to all team members
  • Provide enhanced training to supervisory team members
  • Develop and implement safety recognition program
  • Oversees on-boarding for new personnel including but not limited to: Emergency response training; OSHA certification, if needed; initial DFWP training, etc.
  • Transport, or arrange directed transportation for, injured personnel to appropriate locations, i.e. emergency room, hospital, or drug testing location
  • Conduct on-site incident investigations for any reportable accidents including but not limited to: equipment failures, personal injury, and motor vehicle accidents
Required Skills
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple efforts and complete work within deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Five plus years of general industry safety experience
  • Experience reviewing safety plans and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of industrial hygiene regulations, standards, and best practices, including familiarity with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Knowledge of International and Standards
