Position Overview: The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing various marketing projects to ensure they are completed on time and accurately. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for women's health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, content, digital, and sales, to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Manage project timelines and resources to ensure successful project execution.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to senior management.
  • Analyze project performance and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future projects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and strategic marketing plans that align with company goals.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing project management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing marketing projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for women's health and wellness is a plus.
