Clinical Nurse II: Medical/Surgical Hospitalist E3, 36 hrs/week, Days

Join our dedicated team in the Medical/Surgical Hospitalist department, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care. This role is designed for passionate nurses looking to contribute to a compassionate and supportive environment for patients, their families, and fellow team members.
Work Schedule: 36 hours/week during day shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement physician orders effectively, administer medications, start IVs, and perform necessary treatments and procedures while documenting care as per policy and regulations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess patient conditions.
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patient needs and responses to care.
- Utilize sound nursing judgment to make informed patient care management decisions.
- Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Administer medications, both over-the-counter and prescription, as ordered by physicians.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
- Guide ancillary personnel and uphold the highest standards of professional nursing.
Compensation: $34.65 - $35.69 per hour
