Your Mission:

As a Forklift Operator, you will:

  • Operate forklifts with various attachments to move materials efficiently.
  • Handle raw materials, in-process, and finished products using forklifts for stacking and transport.
  • Conduct safe load and unload semi-trailer trucks to facilitate goods movement.
  • Maintain precise inventory records, report discrepancies, and perform forklift safety checks and maintenance.
  • Must be able to recognize whether the fork lift truck is able to lift the load and whether the load is properly balanced.
  • Knowledge of the layout of the storage area to be able to find and place items without need for detailed instructions.
At Kodi Collective, as a Forklift Operator your skills, and/or experience in load knowledge, spatial awareness, safety conciousness, communication, and attention to detail will be valued, recognized, and rewarded.

Additional Qualifications:
  • Highschool graduate or equivalent
  • Forklift experience (preferred)
