What You'll Do:
- Deliver Exceptional Care: Evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy treatments to help patients restore function and prevent disability following injury or illness.
- Maximize Patient Outcomes: Assist patients in achieving their highest possible level of performance and function.
- Lead & Collaborate: Coordinate, delegate, and supervise tasks assigned to support staff, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Contribute to Excellence: Participate in departmental operations, performance improvement activities, and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives.
- Financial Stewardship: Provide input in budgeting, monitor department performance against budget, and take proactive steps to maintain financial goals.
- Ensure Safety & Compliance: Engage in infection control, equipment training, safety, and fire safety programs to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy (required).
- Licensure / Certification:
- Active Colorado Physical Therapy License (required).
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (required).
- Experience:
- 2 years of experience working with patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings (strongly preferred).
