Position Overview for the Cloud Engineer III:

  • Analyze business systems and processes, documenting requirements, and addressing process improvements.
  • Responsible for data mapping, documentation of system integration metadata, and touchpoints necessary for implementation.
  • Conduct project planning and execution, using tools such as MS Project.
  • Apply basic understanding of SQL and table querying for use in documenting data requirements.

Required Skills for Business System Analyst I

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 0-2 or more years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of requirements documentation tools such as Visio, Word, Excel, Jira, and/or Azure DevOps
  • Ability to obtain a Scrum Master certification
  • Understanding of analysis and software development lifecycle methodologies
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills
