Job Title: Reliability EngineerJob Description The Reliability Engineer is responsible for evaluating the reliability of assigned site equipment, components, and manufacturing processes by using engineering methodologies and tools. This role will focus on providing root cause analysis to identify equipment problems, recommend and implement maintenance solutions, and provide education and training, as needed, to keep technical assets running smoothly. Responsibilities Evaluate the reliability of site equipment and manufacturing processes. Conduct root cause analysis to identify equipment problems. Recommend and implement maintenance solutions. Provide education and training to keep technical assets running smoothly. Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. Perform reliability testing and failure analysis. Implement preventive maintenance strategies. Utilize engineering methodologies such as Six Sigma and FMEA. It is a regional role, with occasional travel to other facilities, potentially twice a quarter starting in 2025. The primary workplace is a large manufacturing facility, approximately 500,000 square feet, involved in sheet metal fabrication for shelving units. The environment can be noisy due to the manufacturing lines. Engineers will spend most of their time on the floor, working alongside production support and on various projects. Office spaces are located on the top of the manufacturing floor for easy access to both the lines and office work. The facility has older equipment that requires modernization, offering exciting opportunities for innovative projects. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
