General Role Description:

As a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist, you will address a diverse range of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our patient population.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with patients and coordinate care with external providers.
  • Screen and assess patients for common mental health disorders.
  • Utilize treatment approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods to support patients.

Ensure accurate and timely electronic medical records (Athena) and clinical documentation, adhering to all regulatory compliance requirements.

Competency Requirements:

A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field is required.

Must hold an active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in Oregon.

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 2 years of professional clinical experience post-Master's degree.

Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

Familiarity with computer systems for professional communication and medical documentation, such as Excel, Outlook, and Athena RMS (or similar EHRs).

Able to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness.
