CPT was devoted exclusively to the delivery of home care services until 1996, when we expanded to include outpatient services and skilled nursing facility staffing and management services. Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Status: Part-time Monday ~ Friday 20-25 hours per week. Extremely flexible

Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is a leading provider in the greater Chicagoland and southern Wisconsin area. We are looking for occupational therapists in multiple locations in Alden Estates. Our board-certified therapists offer Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies in post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities, in the home setting, and at outpatient locations.

Job Responsibilities:

Adhere to the policies and procedures for the provision of therapy services under the goals of CPT and Facility

Maintain the standards for rehabilitation services

Perform administrative duties as necessary for the day-to-day operations of the rehab department

Develop a good rapport with the patient, their family members and third-party payers, and any others involved in the total management of the patient

Qualifications:

Graduate of an occupational therapy school program approved by the AOTA

Licensed, certified, or registered to practice in the State of Illinois or Wisconsin as an occupational therapist

Certified by NBCOT as an occupational therapist

Functions according to the AOTA Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice
