Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role as a Guest Services Agent at Homewood Suites by Hilton in Mount Pleasant, SC. As a GSA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This includes greeting and assisting guests upon arrival, answering phone calls and inquiries, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. You will also address guest concerns and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a welcoming and professional demeanor.

  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Answer inquiries regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

  • Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately in the hotel management system.

  • Handle guest requests promptly and effectively, demonstrating a commitment to exceeding expectations.

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including lobby and guest amenities.

  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

  • Uphold Hilton brand standards and protocols to deliver exceptional service consistently.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred- but NOT required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Hospitality or tourism-related certifications a plus.
