Darragh is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team. This position will manage the daily operations of the warehouse and delivery, including logistics, shipping and receiving, returns and transfers, maintaining high levels of accuracy in day-to-day operations, and providing impeccable customer service to our customers. Ensure that all warehouse operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and profitably. Knowledge of concrete industry a plus.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient warehouse operations through collaboration and coordination with staff and other departments.
  • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts of inventory and report discrepancies under the guidance of company inventory control staff via D-Track cycle count procedures.
  • Ensure maintenance of bin locations for all distribution warehouse products to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Expected to cross train and become proficient in all distribution branch duties, maintaining proper staff levels, and maintaining needed certifications for staff and self.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and company safety policies.


Management Responsibilities - Directly manage all warehouse and delivery staff, applying all applicable laws and company policies. Responsible for ensuring appropriate level of staff, training, scheduling, and reviewing performance of personnel.

Travel Requirements - Will be expected to travel to other branches in region to train staff, attend training, or other activities as needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Education and Experience- Minimum 2 years upper level warehouse management experience and minimum 6 years related warehouse experience

Language- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Leadership- Strong leadership skills with ability to lead by example; instilling company culture, safety awareness, and encouraging development skills

Knowledge- Thorough understand of wireless warehouse systems and procedures. Strong knowledge of inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office products.
