Are you ready to take on an exciting new role? Advantage Resourcing is hiring a Cycle Counter in Louisville, KY, and we want you to join our team

Pay Rate: $16.30 per hour

Shift: C Shift - Friday/Saturday 6 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday/Tuesday 6 PM - 4:30 AM

As a Cycle Counter, you'll play a key role in maintaining warehouse inventory accuracy. You'll be responsible for conducting cycle counts, verifying materials, addressing discrepancies, and supporting the master schedulers and warehouse supervisors.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cycle counts and verify inventory accuracy
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Process and scan packing slips
  • Maintain FIFO practices and verify inventory locations
  • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the team
  • Keep work area clean and secure, following safety and compliance standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Forklift certification (Piston Certification)
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform various physical tasks
  • Basic PC skills and above-average math skills
