Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Accountability
Inspire, manage, and hold the team accountable for performance and results.
Lead daily operations with a focus on productivity, profitability, and exceptional patient care.

Operations & Efficiency
Oversee schedules, workflows, and practice management systems to ensure seamless operations.

Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Financial Oversight
Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue performance to drive profitability.
Oversee billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable with accuracy and efficiency.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Customer Experience
Ensure every patient interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and care.
Proactively address and resolve patient concerns with professionalism.
Support front desk and clinic operations during peak times to maintain a seamless experience.
Team Development
Recruit, onboard, and train top talent to align with our core values.
Develop team members through coaching, feedback, and professional growth initiatives.
Promote collaboration and foster a strong sense of teamwork.
Marketing & Community Engagement
Collaborate on marketing campaigns, referral programs, and community outreach.
Build strategic partnerships with local businesses to expand our patient base.
Help maintain and grow our presence on social media and other platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven success as an Office Manager, ideally in a healthcare or wellness environment.
A strong, hands-on leader who excels at managing teams and improving performance.

Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and tracking KPIs.
