Job Overview: Competently performs routine and specialized Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) procedures to produce quality images for diagnosis and treatment. Works independently with sound judgment and clinical skills to deliver accurate results. Gains patient and healthcare provider cooperation through competent assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication. Adheres to all regulatory policies and procedures for patient care and safety. May also be responsible for orienting other staff.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program or equivalent
  • Certifications: CRT, ARMRIT, or ARRT (MRI), BLS
  • 5 years recent relevant experience
  • Skills and knowledge in MRI procedures, human anatomy, and medical terminology
  • Proficient in communication, time management, and use of computer applications
  • Building collaborative relationships with peers and other healthcare providers

Shift: Varied

Schedule: Full Time

Weekend Requirements: As Needed

Base Pay: $56.85 to $71.06 per hour
