Description:

Aspect UIP Dialer Engineer who can design, implement and monitor Aspect UIP dialer.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures business requirements are fully understood and that technical design meets all

requirements.

• Reviews and document technical specifications and development requirements.

• Updates stories in JIRA and adhere to Scrum/Kanban Practices. - provided by Dice Aspect

UIP, Windows, SQL DB

Core Skills:

* 3 or more years of experience with Aspect Unified IP 7.3 configuration

* Experiencing with configuring the following Aspect UIP components

o ACD

o AOD Feed,

o System Alerts

o DCP, TMS or UMS

o Aspect CS Adapter

* Understand voice communication concepts and protocols including, TDM, SIP, H.323

and RTP

* 3 or more years of experience developing & troubleshooting Aspect M3 scripts

* Outbound & Inbound call center configuration

* Proficient in running SQL queries

* Working knowledge of scripting language such as Python or PowerShell

* Configuring SSL/TLS certificates

* Apache Tomcat (Windows & Linux)

* Microsoft IIS

* Noble Call Tech / OnQ list management experience is a plus

* Knowledge of Genesys contact center products

Target State Desired Skills:

* Proficient in Java programming

* Experience with secure coding processes

* Experience with Agile development methods

* Knowledge centralized code management using GIT or SVN

Qualifications: (Please list all required qualifications)

5+ years of prior experience with application / platform development for Call Center /

Contact Center technologies.

• Experience in deploying, configuring and administering Aspect UIP 7.3 Dialer.

Experience in upgrading UIP from a prior version to 7.3 or 7.x very desirable.

• Experience with Windows, SQL DB required.

• Experience with M3 Scripting.

• Experience with Java, J2EE, REST and SOAP Web service Development (Preferred)

• Experience integrating with Genesys Platform for Aspect UIP perspective (Preferred).

• Experience with configuring Blended Agent Environments.

• Experience is configuring to configure AOD feeds.

• Familiarity with SNMP, troubleshooting and testing UIP adjuncts and integrations

• Experience working in Kanban/Scrum teams (Preferred)
