Job Description

One of our clients are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Foreman with a strong background in handling Road and Site Development projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in effectively running crews, reading blueprints, and operating GPS equipment on-site.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of Road and Site Development projects.
  • Lead and manage construction crews, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
  • Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Implement and enforce safety regulations on-site.
  • Provide training and guidance to crew members.
  • Operate GPS equipment to ensure accurate project layout and execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, materials, and equipment usage.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Foreman in Road and Site Development projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate crews.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
  • Experience in running GPS equipment on-site.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant certification or training in construction management or a related field.
  • Previous experience with [specific equipment or technology].
  • Familiarity with project management software.
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and project excellence.
