SAP Performance Engineer with BTP

Job Description:

We're seeking passionate Performance Engineers with strong technical and communication skills. This role involves performance testing various software applications across different business segments. You'll collaborate with development engineers and functional analysts, identifying performance tuning opportunities and working on emerging technologies like BTP.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, develop, and apply performance/scalability benchmarks.
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams to improve system performance.
  • Utilize profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Plan and execute performance tests using automated testing environments.
  • Participate in architecture and design reviews, ensuring quality perspectives.

Must-Have Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on software testing experience.
  • Strong experience in performance testing of SAP applications.
  • Knowledge of programming languages (Python, Perl, ABAP, Java, C++).
  • Proficiency in performance testing tools (LoadRunner Enterprise, JMeter, etc.).
  • Experience in data analysis, RESTful APIs, and SQL performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with JVM tuning and application performance monitoring tools.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with Cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
  • Expertise in SAP BTP platform and its components.
  • Familiarity with SCP iOS SDK, Kibana, HANA DB cockpit, and Git.
  • Understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and databases.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Certifications like AWS Solutions Architect and GCP Associate Cloud Engineer are advantageous.
