Location: Remote - candidates must be based in the Olympia/Seattle WA area and available to come onsite as needed (They have an office in Olympia, Tacoma and Seattle).
For the interview - 1-2 rounds virtual

Customer is looking for a business analyst with strong skills in Agile software Jira and Confluence from Atlassian as well as Client. The customer is phasing out their proprietary legacy CRM and implementing Client for Government cloud. They are already underway but want to bring in a BA that will work alongside the PMs and DevOps team. The BA's main focus is to conduct interviews with SMEs and develop improved processes as it will relate to the new Client tool.
The BA will be responsible for creating "User Stories" by interviewing users, writing the solution, making recommendations for improved processes and loading into JIRA for the DevOps team to run with. They would be involved with testing and feedback, acceptance criteria and will work closely with the internal project management team.

MUST HAVES:
Strong experience in JIRA and Confluence
Experience with Client
Strong scheduling abilities
Ability to influence end-users towards new solutions when there is push-back.
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
HIGHLY DESIRED:
Experience in Project Management is preferred with PMP or PMI certification
