Role Overview:

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Civitas Health Services, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that will drive our software's AI capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, develop innovative solutions, and ensure seamless integration with our existing platform. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other relevant frameworks.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data and privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.
