We are hiring Homecare Registered Nurses - full time and per diem positions available. We care for mental health patients of all ages and backgrounds who require daily visits in their home in the surrounding areas:

Position 1: RN Full Time PM Shift in Boston and the surrounding areas, up to $80K annually plus incentive pay.

Position 2: RN Full Time AM Shift in Boston and the surrounding areas, up to $80K annually plus incentive pay.

Position 2: RN or LPN FT to work Weekends Only AM/ PM shifts in Lynn, Salem, Peabody and the surrounding areas, Up to $35/visit.

As a Full-Time Registered Nurse at Comfort Home Care, you will embark on an exciting journey, making up to 45 home visits per week to provide exceptional care for mental health patients. What you need to be successful

To thrive as a Full-Time Nurse at Comfort Home Care, you'll need a blend of clinical expertise and communication savvy. As an RN or LPN, your ability to conduct initial and ongoing assessments is crucial for identifying each client's medical needs and level of functioning. You'll initiate and revise care plans while performing OASIS assessments when applicable.

Your role involves executing nursing interventions tailored to individual patient circumstances, ensuring a holistic approach to home care. Collaboration is key; you'll coordinate services and keep physicians and team members informed about any changes in your patients' conditions. Additionally, you'll connect with patients, families, and community resources to enhance care planning and discharge processes.

Attention to detail is essential as you prepare clinical and progress notes, ensuring all paperwork is submitted promptly and efficiently according to agency policies. If you're passionate about making a difference in mental health care, this position is just for you

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • RN or LPN provides initial and ongoing assessments to identify the client's medical needs level of functioning and ability to communicate and learn.
  • RN or LPN initiates the plan of care necessary revisions and performs OASIS assessments at appropriate time points when applicable.
  • RN or LPN initiates and performs appropriate nursing interventions.
  • RN or LPN coordinates services informs the physician and other personnel of changes in the client's condition and needs.
  • RN or LPN collaborates with patient /family and other health care providers and/or community resources with planning of care and discharge.
  • RN or LPN prepares clinical and progress notes and submits all required paperwork in a timely manner according to agency policy and procedure.
