The Inventory Analyst- Impact on the Company's Success:

  • Ensures adequate inventory of materials and products by inventory cycles and organizational philosophy.
  • Conducts periodic inventory analysis to solve inventory problems. Monitors help develop and implement inventory control procedures across departments and functions and train teams on these procedures.
  • Performs inventory audits/counts of all warehouses as needed.
  • Assist in report designs and manage procedures to track inventory inflow and outflow, transfers, and write-offs effectively.
  • Manages the YE and cyclical inventory counts by enabling warehouse counts, performing audits, and gathering reports.
  • Provide a report of inventory count at the company level.
  • Perform year-over-year or cycle-over-cycle analysis to look for optimization of processes, procedures, and spending.
  • Familiar with a variety of sector concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals."Outside of the box" thinking is a must.
  • Require regular travel to warehouse locations across the company footprint.
