We are seeking a CT Tech to work in one of our contracted facilities in Reno, NV Night shift, 7p-7:30a available for a 13-Week contract.

Compensation

Gross Weekly- $2106.00 (36 Hours)

  • Blended Hourly- $58.50
  • Taxed – $748.00
  • Untaxed- $1358.00

Job Description

The primary responsibility of a CT Technologist is to ensure physicians and other members of a patient’s care team receive high-quality images they can use to make diagnoses or assess the success of treatments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform computerized tomographic procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injury according to protocols established by radiologists
  • Prepare and position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately
  • Prepare and administer contrast media and/or medications within the accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations
  • Observe patient during procedure and report abnormal activity
  • Monitor protocols and recommend updates or refinements as warranted
  • Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications

  • Current and valid NV license/ Certification
  • Current BLS
  • Minimum one-year previous experience
