This is a job for a Supply mgmt. Coord. (FOCUS CENTER) with a company located in the Madison, MS area. Responsibilities: Coordinates supply chain management and administration tasks at each FOCUS center and sites with greater than 10 parts requiring inventory control. Oversees and manages every stage of the production flow, from purchasing raw materials to the delivery of the final product. Builds and maintains good relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiates contracts and maintains communication for timely delivery of goods and materials. Keeps track of inventory levels to ensure that the business can meet demand without overstocking including coordinating with warehouses and using inventory management systems. Arranges the logistics of how goods are transported from suppliers to warehouses, and from warehouses to sites. Coordinates with quality assurance teams and addressing any issues with suppliers or during the production process. Identifies and resolves any issues that arise in the supply chain process, such as delays in delivery, problems with suppliers, or production bottlenecks. Ensures that all aspects of the supply chain comply. Qualifications: (2 +BA/BS or 1+MA/MS) or (4 +AA) or (6+No Degree). Experience in coordinating supply chain management and administration tasks at each FOCUS center and sites with greater than 10 parts requiring inventory control. Experience in overseeing and managing every stage of the production flow, from purchasing raw materials to the delivery of the final product. Experience in building and maintaining good relationships with suppliers and vendors. Experience in negotiating contracts and maintaining communication for timely delivery of goods and materials.
