Reporting to the Assistant Director/Registration, this position is accountable for ensuring appropriate patient access, registration accuracy, upfront collections, verifications of patient insurance and incoming hospital calls. The incumbent will support the Assistant Director/Registration in a highly diverse range of issues to transition the organization’s culture to a very rapidly changing, complex market. Provides informational support and evaluation of regulations, procedures or practices of the ER Registrar and PBX Operator. Coordination of all clerical functions associated with the facility.
