CHI St. Joseph Health Grimes Hospital is located Navasota TX and is a 25 bed critical access hospital. Our Medical Unit consists of 18 beds & has a phenomenal leadership team & great overall culture

POSITION SUMMARY

Performs components of physical therapy procedures and related tasks selected by a supervising physical therapist; assist physical therapists in providing services that help improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease.

Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree from an approved program for Physical Therapist AssistantsCurrent Texas State Licensure (PTA)American Heart Association CPR/BLS certification
  • PTA:MA
  • BLS-CPR
  • Must have valid driver’s license & auto liability insurance according to company policy

Graduates eligible for licensure will be considered
