Wound Nurse (RN/LPN) Radford Health Rehab, Radford, VA

Day Shift Monday - Friday

As a Wound Nurse (RN/LPN), you will:

• Assess and care for wounds

• Educate clinical team on wound care and prevention

• Timely and accurately document resident care in EMR

Qualifications for a Wound Nurse (RN/LPN):

• REQUIRED Current RN/LPN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions

• Current CPR Certification

• Certification as wound care nurse (preferred)

• One year of RN experience (preferred)

• Long-Term/Rehab/Memory Care experience (preferred)
