We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with acute care experience in ER, Urgent Care, or Internal Medicine to join our team serving the Kansas City, KS community. As an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, you will work with a clinical care team to deliver care in the patient's home through innovative in-home care service lines, providing comprehensive health assessments, therapeutic interventions, and accurately documenting patient encounters. You will analyze test data, educate patients and families, and communicate effectively with all individuals involved in the patient's care. Adhering to clinical and safety standards, you will provide care with compassion and maintain positive relationships with team members.   • Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in relevant areas
  • Graduate with an advanced degree from an accredited institution
  • Current unrestricted state license and national board certification
  • Current BLS required, ACLS certification preferred
  • Prescriptive authority and DEA
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
  • Varied schedule with evenings, holidays and weekends required
