Requirements:
• Active CO license
• BC
• DEA
• BLS, ACLS, ATLS
• Clean Record
• Proof of COVID Vaccine
• 2 years of experience (outside of residency)
• Case logs in past 12 months
- 20 General Surgery logs
- 25 Trauma Surgery logs
