They are looking for an experienced Tax Senior for a direct hire position. This role involves completing complex tax returns, conducting tax research, training new staff, and enhancing client relationships.

What you get to do:

  • Complete complex tax returns and conduct tax research
  • Train new staff on processes and procedures
  • Enhance client relationships and sell new services
  • Provide suggestions for firm improvement
  • Network in the community and begin to review tax returns
What you need to succeed:
  • 3+ years' experience in tax (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • CPA or working towards CPA
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Hardworking and positive attitude
  • Ability to adapt and take initiative
