CPT was devoted exclusively to the delivery of home care services until 1996, when we expanded to include outpatient services and skilled nursing facility staffing and management services. Our board-certified therapists offer Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies in post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities, in the home setting, and at outpatient locations.
