Who We Are

Repair Masters is hiring individuals to join our team as Property Inspectors. No prior experience is required, training will be provided This position is ideal for active retirees, college students, or anyone looking for full-time work and willing to learn on the job.

As a Property Inspector, you will play an important role in getting rental properties ready for new tenants. Youll inspect properties, create lists of needed repairs, and ensure that the work is completed on time.

What You'll Do:

• Inspect vacant properties and create a list of repairs or improvements to prepare
  them for new tenants.
• Monitor the progress of repairs and ensure properties are ready by the target date.
• Communicate with technicians and contractors if repairs are not completed to standard.
• Meet project deadlines and ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Conduct move-in evaluations after all repairs are done.
• Take photos and videos of completed properties for marketing purposes.
• Attend weekly meetings to update the team on property status.
• Manage at least 5 properties at a time.

• No experience is necessary, training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Good communication skills to work with contractors and team members.
• Basic understanding of construction or home maintenance (plumbing, electrical, etc.) is a bonus but not required.
• Must have a clean driving record, clear background, and pass a drug test.

• Company vehicle provided after 30 days (take home).
• Paid Time Off.

• Full-time (40 hours per week).
• Pay: $15 - $22 per hour.
• Flexible schedules (8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts available).
• Monday to Friday work schedule.
