THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

Accurate and timely reconciliation of physical inventories, cycle counts and inventory adjustments performed at the store level. You will be the point of contact for the stores, District Managers and Loss Prevention on issues regarding shrink

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:
  • Reconciling physical inventories performed at the store level, including analyzing initial results and conducting research as necessary to optimize inventory accuracy
  • Maintaining proper internal controls throughout the reconciliation process
  • Processing and reconciling store cycle counts and inventory adjustments on a daily basis
  • Analyzing shrink related information and generate periodic reports for management
  • Assisting and coaching stores on inventory control tasks and the importance of maintaining inventory integrity
  • Resolving store and DC inventory issues
  • Meeting KPI targets and period close deadlines
  • Preparing various other reports as required by management
  • Participating in various projects related to inventory control
THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:
  • Associates degree from a two-year college
  • 2-4 years prior inventory reconciliation experience or related retail experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Previous SAP experience a plus
