This is a per-diem position working on the day shift.
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in providing excellent patient care on our 18-bed Med Surg/Tele unit. Responsibilities include evaluating assigned patients, planning and implementing nursing care, assisting physicians during examinations and procedures, performing patient tests, and administering medications within the scope of practice. Additionally, promoting patient independence by establishing care goals and educating patients and families on self-care skills. The ideal candidate will have previous clinical experience, an Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma Program (BSN preferred), and a current Arizona RN license or compact state license with BLS and ACLS certifications.
