• Learn new techniques and designs to improve quality
• Performance evaluation and work towards fixing of issues
• Demonstrate awareness of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/ Agile/ XP, Cl, Software and Product Security, Scalability
• Proactive communications

Specific Objectives
• Support the Technical Support Engineers (TSE) to improve existing Best Available Troubleshooting (BAT) tools with their NodeJS abilities
• Support the modification and creation of Python rules (as needed), to support the real time monitoring of system data for potential failures
• Modify and create scripts for data collection
