The Manufacturing Technician II Runner for Radiometer is responsible supporting operations which include sanding, wiping, labeling, manual and automated high temp firing furnaces.

This position is part of the Thick Film Manufacturing Department located in New Brighton, MN and will be onsite. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the Thick Film Manufacturing Team and report to the Value Stream Supervisor or Manager responsible for supporting the long-term plans and objectives of the Thick Film Value Stream. If you thrive working independently to achieve team goals and want to work to build world-class lifesaving products-read on.

In this role, you will have to opportunity to:

  • Perform tasks such as sanding and cleaning fragile ceramic substrate boards
  • Utilize automated measuring equipment to assure that quality requirements are met
  • Follow detailed work instruction and preform data entry into electronic routers
  • Have a high attention to detail while performing all duties
The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • High School diploma
  • Ability to follow written work instructions in English
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Medical device manufacturing environment
  • Semi-automated Machine operation
