Trillium Staffing is looking for a Foreman to work for a local construction company in Reese, MI. This is a direct-hire position paying $25-$28/hour, depending on experience, working 1^st^ shift hours. The Foreman will be responsible for managing and directing a construction crew, working with concrete, as well as maintaining a safe work environment. Qualifications: Valid Driver's License Previous Supervisory Experience in the Construction Industry Ability to lift heavy objects Experience with Concrete Foundations (preferred) Ability to Read Blueprints CDL endorsement (preferred) Previous experience operating heavy equipment (preferred) Benefits: Paid Holidays Vacation time (after probationary period) Health Insurance Retirement matching (after one-year vested period) Profit sharing Company truck for daily travel (not to be taken home)
