- FQHC setting underserve population
- Hiring due to growth and community need
- Outpatient only
- Work Monday-Friday
- 8a-5p
- No weekends, no call, no hospital work
- You will see newborns to geriatrics
- You d start out seeing 12-14 patients per day they d eventually ramp you up to seeing 20-24 patients
- Spanish speaking is a plus, not required
- Patient population is mostly Medi-Cal and/or Medicare and three different county insurance programs
- They do see some HMO/PPO and self-pay patients, too
- EMR: AmazingCharts or paper with e-prescribing (depends on your work location)
- Those on paper with e-prescribing are going to transfer to EMR eventually this was delayed due to COVID
- 2021 grads are welcome
- No visa candidates, unfortunately
