For one of our ongoing projects we are looking for a Sr. Devops / Site Reliability Engineer with Helm, Docker, Kubernetes and API's to work from Durham, North Carolina

Required Skills

  • 3+ years’ experience with container-based platforms (Docker or others)
  • Expertise in Linux command line
  • Experience building Docker container images / Docker files.
  • Experience deploying to container-based platforms using Helm
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes- is a nice to have but not essential.
  • Deploying OpenShift Operators created using the Operator SDK will be a big plus
  • Experience debugging deployment and operational issues (profiling, logging)
  • Excellent knowledge of version control systems (Git)

Nice-to-have Skills

  • Experience with Cloud offering and marketplace ecosystems
  • Experience interacting with, building and exercising APIs and using automation frameworks.
  • Experience in software development methodologies
  • Experience with IT Automation Tools (Ansible)
  • Experience with the software release process and architecture of delivery pipelines

Experience working directly with customers or partners, providing technical support or technical guidance
