Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
  • Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality standards for audits.
  • Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Perform audits for warehouse inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
  • Process returns/RMAs with quality diagnosis.
  • Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Transport materials within the warehouse.
  • Meet and exceed quality performance metrics through consistent quality monitoring and employee feedback.
  • Escalate issues/risks that impact quality or performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations affecting the company.
  • Participate in quality assurance, compliance, and in-service and continuing education activities as requested by the company.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, kit, wrap, label, ship).
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
  • Provide basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Handle customer service inquiries, including answering questions about shipping.
  • Perform daily order entry into multiple systems.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in basic to intermediate Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to operate warehouse vehicles and equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle discrepancies efficiently.
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and following procedures.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Customer service orientation and ability to handle inquiries professionally.

Experience:

  • Past experience in inventory control, quality control
  • Basic customer service skills for internal and external customers
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Applications, and WMS/ERP systems (Netsuite Preferred)
  • Forklift, and other warehouse equipment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proven working experience in a warehouse environment
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Day shift

OT as needed

Monday - Friday

Pay: $22-$25/hr **
