Job Description Preschool is the only school environment where play and creativity are more important than worksheets and homework. Preschool teachers use playtime and story-time to encourage social development and teach problem-solving skills. The supplies of a preschool teacher are quite different from those of other teachers. We are seeking enthusiastic Teachers who want to make a difference and put their talents to use.

Responsibilities

· Implement curriculum a consistent way that meets the unique needs of each child

· Create a safe and nurturing environment for all children to learn and play

· Communicate daily with parents and provide the best care and education for their children

· Cultivate positive relationships with children, families, co-workers, community and state licensing authorities

Qualifications

· 1+ years of experience in Early Childhood Education

· CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain

· Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (Preferred)

· Child Development Associate (CDA) or willingness to obtain

· Outstanding customer service skills, ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills and handle a variety of situations effectively
