DeWinter Consulting, the consulting division of The DeWinter Group, continues to grow and we're looking to expand our footprint. We're looking for a Sales Executive to join our dynamic, collaborative, work hard/play hard team to focus on new client acquisition and expansion. We are looking for people who enjoy meeting with C-level executives, decision makers and hiring managers on a daily basis, marketing our brand and building long-term relationships.

About you...

In your first year we'll provide you with excellent training and you'll meet numerous CFOs, Corporate Controllers, Directors of Finance, Accounting Managers, etc. to cultivate business relationships at brand named companies such as: Uber, Tesla, eBay, Twitter, Paypal, Workday, Juniper, Pandora, SF 49ers, Adobe, Cisco and Genentech as well as start-ups throughout the Bay Area. Ideal Experience:

  • A track record of sales and/or life success
  • A positive, take no prisoners attitude
  • Self-confidence, perseverance and a high sense of urgency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills, a strong desire to succeed, high integrity, sincerity, honesty, authentic and genuine.
  • Minimum 5+ years in sales, marketing, business development in the staffing industry or similar.
Requirements
  • Develop and grow your own client base by marketing our contract and contract to hire services.
  • Market to clients via telephone in order to conduct meetings with key decision makers, for the purpose of marketing our special project, contract, contract to hire services to prospective clients and mushrooming existing client relationships.
  • Negotiate bill rates for our consultant professionals.
  • Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Uncover additional opportunities through follow up contact with clients and consultants (on assignments) to grow your business and create job opportunities for your candidates.
  • Business partner with candidates and clients to understand their contract staffing needs.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other social media tools to source and deliver the top talent in the market.
  • Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to operate a telephone and computer for long periods of time.
